The staff were most accommodating in every possible way, were patient and helpful which for a 71yr most important Had my own breakfast but from what i could see there was ample supply with all facilities available

Brand new, well equipped, good size, central (2/3 minute walk to Centre) but quiet, efficient check and check out, good size, large shower/bathroom and actually good price, really couldn't fault the product or service. Even the kitchen had a kettle, toaster and coffee machine for which there were pods supplied and dishwasher. And there's access to washing machines in the foyer. And access to everywhere is controlled by pin code so no keys to mess about with either. And WiFi was good as well.

Great location- very central. The flat is wonderful, very well equipped and comfortable. If you come by car, you need to park in a public car park but it is very close on foot. A bakery just opposite the flat is great for breakfast! Great restaurants nearby recommended by the owner, Martin who is extremely reactive!

Guillermo, our host, made checking in and details for the use of amenities very easy and complete. He responded swiftly to all our questions thru out our stay. We were all very pleased with everything and would want to stay here again. It is perfectly located to give close access to all the features of the centro, without any disruptive noise from the street at any time of day or night.

We had an unusual entry to Pamplona- my husband hurt his back at the public carpark lifting heavy bags up the car park stairs. However we couldn't have wished for more kindness and help from the host of this appartment- Eduarna?? She met my husband who managed to hobble to the appartment, then she came back to find me with the heavy bags and carried the heaviest on her back, through busy streets. She took my husband to a chemist to get medication and helped us find our way around- so helpful! The appartment was lovely, within an ancient townhouse in the attractive city of Pamplona. Spacious, well equipped and comfortable- (very important for the recovery of my husband's back!) The phone-app door key was a bit daunting, but it worked ok, to my relief! The appartment was in an ideal place to explore the city and also on the edge of the old toen with terrific views from the hill out onto local hilly countryside. Also near a supermercardo, from which we enjoyed cooking local produce in the well equipped kitchen. Good wifi in the apparment. Thank you for a super stay!

The room is lovely, right in the centre of Pamplona. The owner was super nice, gave us some great advice, we loved it there!

Simply exceptional - a big apartment, with beautiful and thoughtful design, with everything you need. Very central with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, we didn't get to see the encierra but this is the place - it has a balcony :) Even though it is a lively area during the day, all places on the street get closed around 11pm so it is quiet. Bedrooms are inner yard facing. Very little traffic on the street. Amazing hosts, very responsive to our needs, above and beyond - we had an emergency situation and they were very kind to help us.
