Everything was great: the host Maribel is very nice and helpful, good location (even if it's far from the center, you have good public transportation connections). The apartment is situated in a quiet area, in a block of 10 floors and we found a lot of food always available, we never met another guests which is very good in my opinion. Absolutely nothing to complain.

The house has everything you need for a short stay the area was a bit out of seville but that wasn't a problem as they have gated private parking, also there is a few local bars in the area with great friendly staff to start your night off before you get an uber into town, would definitely recommend.

I liked the location as it was (more or less) tourist free. Ikigai House is located in a working class neighbourhood of small streets but cafes, shops and transport are within easy walking distance.

I liked the fact that the bar is open 24 hrs and we could get food whenever we wanted. The staff were very helpful.
