The place was within a reasonable walking distance to the sea. The house itself was very spacious; we stayed as three people but it could easily fit more guests. The balcony was lovely and the house was spotless

This was a perfect place that I ever stay!!! Perfect location, near to the city center (20 minutes walk), next to the big shops and public transport. Walking distance to the Oceanografic. Everthing was perfect - the apartment equipt with all needed.

The apartment is well located on a quiet street, walking distance to the beaches and the science park. The old town is a short taxi ride away. The apartment was super clean and everything was new and worked well. The code for the front was convenient, so you don't need keys when you go out. Maria was really helpful and communication was easy straightforward.. Id book again if I came back to Valencia.
