Very clean appartment.20 min walking distance to old town.Parking is free on the street,but hard to find.In the kitchen is everything you need.(microwave,water cooker,toaster,dishwasher,washing maschine)We would come again.

The owner of the apartment brought the key at the time we arrived and explained everything. Very cosy apartment with all amenities on the ground floor, close to the city centre, bus stops and shops. New modern furniture, comfortable beds, thick curtains on the windows to sleep well at night, enough bed linen and towels. Nice kitchen supplies to cook food. Nice smell in the apartment all the time. It is a great place to stay in Valencia

Lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. Very clean (only fault would be grout in bathroom and shower could do with a good clean). Code access for main door and apartment door, so there is no hassle with keys. Would definitely recommend this apartment for 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids, but in my opinion, it would be a tight squeeze for 4 adults. Tips: Little shop on the corner (which doesn't show on Google maps) if you are stuck for anything and check under bed storage for iron, iron board, extra pillows and blanket.

Kevin and his team made our stay so easy and wonderful. Down to every detail, he was available on the other end of the phone. They accommodated our early check in as I’m pregnant and we had a heavy suitcase which we were so grateful for and even sent us a list of places to dine for breakfast that were around the corner☺️ the room was clean and the bed was comfy!
