We didn't book a parking space beforehand. However, when we arrived I called the customer service number and they told me they had parking space available in the underground parking lot. They sent detailed instructions how to get from the parking garage to our hotel rooms. Communication with them was good. Hotel rooms were as described. There was some renovation going on. However, as we arrived on a Saturday afternoon then the builders were not there. Actually, we didn't see nor hear anybody. Everything was quiet, clean and nice. We'd definitely stay there again.
