The hotel was located in a new nice neighbourhood with nice places to eat and to drink. It's not like the city centre. We got also an excellent view on the harbour. The hotel was exactly what we expected. The staff at the reception was very friendly. We also got a crib for our daughter. Good price-quality for the place.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Throughout the hotel was clean. The bedroom was clean, warm and spacious, in comparison to other hotels. Parking was welcome, as most of the on street parking was taken. The location is excellent, close to the river and spoilt for choice for restaurants and bars. I would have to highly recommend the Halles Bacalan, which offers, many pop up food vendors, with food from around the world, and an amazing atmosphere...

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in over the last 2 months in Europe. Literally no complaints. It’s a hostel/hotel so the facilities are fantastic. They run activities and bar crawls, the beds have bed curtains, ensuite toilet and shower + extra communal ones each floor. Three lockers (one under bed drawer and 2 lockable square lockers but none that are big enough for your whole bag if it’s a backpack or bigger suitcases. About 30 mins tram from the station and 20 mins from town.
