Beautiful property, wonderful staff, slyvie and sebastien took good care of us for start to finish, and they had lovely staff working for them. Provided helpful I for about getting around town, and delicious breakfast food too.

The location is great and modern. There is a metro station and several shops nearby. The city center is really quick to reach by metro. Mickael is extremely friendly and even offered to help us with a problem I had with my car.

A 5-minute walk from Stalingrad Tram Stop and a 40-minute drive from Saint-Emilion, ibis Bordeaux Centre Bastide offers 24-hour reception, and WiFi is free of charge in the entire property.

We booked Hotel des Voyageurs after discovering our usual selection on the left bank was closed for renovations. It turned out to be a stroke of good luck. This is a quiet, very safe and secure location with ready access to light rail, not to mention easy walking distance to hotels, bars and restaurants alongside the river. Our room was very clean and comfortable and quite spacious for this part of France. Annette is a wonderful host who willingly provides helpful advice and professional service and hospitality. She not only speaks good English but makes ready contact with her guests via email and messaging services. We would make Hotel des Voyageurs our first choice the next time we visit this marvellous city.

The hotel is very modern. It has a very good bar and restaurant in the lobby for those who has no time to go out and explore. And those that do have the time, the hotel is only 3min away from the tram station and less than 10 min away to St Catherine street, which is the heart of the city.
