A very nice hotel! Super friendly staff! One of the best rooms we have ever been in. Very nice after the valet parking there were 2 bottles of water in the car. Small details but so nice.

It was a cool tranquil oasis in exceptional autumn heat. We returned from hot days of sightseeing to cool citrus water in the delightful atrium. The renovated building is beautiful, spacious and every creature comfort is provided. The breakfasts are superb- we never needed lunch! The hosts are friendly & helpful. Couldn’t fault a thing! We loved our stay. Thank you Gilas!

Can’t say enough about this place- good things only. What a find- the photos do not do justice to the place. Four of us- adults. In a large room with 2 bed rooms and 2 washrooms. The only (and the only ) shortcoming of the place is that the WC is separate from both the bedrooms and doesn’t have a wash basin in it. We had a veritable apartment- 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a small kitchen area. Excellent decor throughout and small thoughtful touches all over the apartment. Beds were comfortable, large TV (that we didn’t switch on), large dining table (good to work on if needed), and rain shower heads in bathrooms. Excellent breakfast delivered promptly to the room by the lovely Maddy. She is a gem and great to deal with. Ahmed one of the co-owners was a charm and delight. His enthusiasm was infectious. Location- within 2 minutes to a pharmacy, a supermarket, a book store etc. within 9 minutes to Rue Notre Dame area. We bought a tote bag and a candle- they looked delectable. The whole family loved it. Would I stay here again: YES.

We loved this apartment! We have been to Bordeaux many times and chose a slightly different area this time but we were already familiar with the area which is why we chose. Excellent communication with hosts throughout. Very clean and very well equipped - everything you could need. Great tram links in every direction. Just off Rue Notre Dame so brilliant location as central but road very quiet and has everything you could want or need nearby. Would return and highly recommend.
