everything is perfect. .transportation easily accessible to anywhere you go. .atmosphere excellent...warm and cozy. .best thing of this hotel is staffs, all staffs working there are super kind, which made us feel welcomed. .though room is not spacious (with 2 luggages). .but that is no a problem for us. . thank you -staff. .we enjoyed staying there. .

This 4-star Novotel is located 50 metres from Tram C station, a 3 tram-stop ride from the heart of Bordeaux and the Place de la Bourse and only 400 metres from Bordeaux Train Station.

Lovely, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic, so much choice and very tasty. The tram stop is just outside so easy accessibility to the centre or you can walk it quite easily too . The lounge and breakfast area were very modern and comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Have just returned from a 5 day stay at Lola. It has a lovely location beside the Basilique St Michel, and is well situated to take in the sights of Bordeaux. The rooms were really clean, and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is charmingly decorated throughout. The cocktails, boards and the terrace beside the Basilique were all very enjoyable. Above all, the staff deserve a mention. A young, dynamic and friendly team who cannot do enough to help. Special thanks to Emma and Lucas for their attentiveness and happy personalities. You made our visit such a pleasure

The flat is AMAZING!! It has everything you need and More. Great location, only 1 tram Line ("A") from the Airport and good connections with the other tram lines ("B,C,D"). Flat is very spacious, very good shower, huge Bathtub, fast wifi, Netflix on TV, all the utensils that you might need in the kitchen, very Bright inside, lots of lights. Good AC and Fan. Easy to find and easy to open the front door with the codes (self check in/out) very well explained by the Lovely Hostess Diane with a Video info. Very quiet in the night and in the mornings...it's located in a side street, but it has it all. Located on the Ground floor, Super bonus, No Stairs! Cheese shop right across the front door, Bakery few steps away, fresh fruit market right on the side, and a Carrefour Express around the corner and many other mini shops all around as well as coffee shops, restaurants and bars near by. Walking distance from many Touristic attractions. I couldn't recommend enough this place. We really enjoyed and definitely would stay there again. Merci Diane
