The location good for the slopes. Spectacular views. But the staff are by far the best asset of this hotel. Everyone of them from the managers right through the hotel. All the staff were the most efficient charming kind respectful and helpful. Whether it be parking my car, food, room service, cleaning, booking restaurants, advice or local
knowledge. I have a problem with steps but they helped me with safe ways in and out of the hotel. They even helped with finding and organising an optician when my husband broke his glasses. I have stayed in many hotels but the staff here surpassed themselves.

Great breakfast with amazing quality. The hotel has direct access to the ski slopes and is less than 100m from a central lift. The hotel personnel was quite friendly and always willing to assist and support in whatever was needed, from suggesting to booking restaurants, providing transport and always checking on us.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always assisting us with any questions. The concierge handled everything quickly, and the hotel kindly extended our check-out by two hours without any issues. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
