Great size for 3 people, clean and new bathroom+kitchen! Very nice hosts :) Position in the old port is ideal and the noice from the streets can not be heard in the apartment.

The MOST VALUE this place is a OWNER 🫠 Really. Victoria is the most helpfull person whose I met in my life. She helped me with everything, espessialy with my luggage the Day of departure to home. She answers in no time on Booking. Even she prepered very quickly English version Booklet of la Charmeriere 🙃 I recomended this place and host in101%. Apartment is located in Old Town, nearby line M2 underground. Main bus and train statition is 25 min walk. This discrict in Marseille is save - don't worry. The apartment was beautiful, it had plenty of space with everything being functional and having had the Aircom was a massive bonus.
It's in the centre so be mindful that with the windows open it can be a bit noisy but we didn't mind that and it was a acceptable noise level considering being in the centre of Marseille plus if the Aircon is on the windows should be closed anyway and then it is much quieter.
If you go straight ahead down the alley up the stairs there is a great little coffee shop with the most delicious coffee and also some great little shops...it's like going on a little treasure hunt as it's so unexpected.
Across the road is a bakery with serious buttery croissants and everything is within walking distance.
Hostel Vertigo Vieux Port is located 5 minutes from the old port. Its central location means you can enjoy all that this beautiful city has to offer.
