Good area, close to bus and tram and train stations, making it easy to get arround Nice and surrounding area. Very peaceful Hotel, Lovely courtyard garden to have coffee, breakfast or dinner. Hotel owner manager exceptionally helpful and all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Definately highly recommend this Hotel.

Wonderful apartment! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the Promenade des Anglais beach and close to the airport. Along the seafront there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food. The hosts have thought of every detail — the apartment has everything you need. Clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very welcoming and always available. I will definitely come back again!

I did enjoy the room. I was seeing the sea from the bed. Also, the location was close to supermarkets. The tram is useful to reach the city center. You can buy a pass of 7 days and travel with it also for nearby attractions. The breakfast was good. The food was fresh. You can even stay on the front terrace and see the palm trees.

This property really surpassed our expectations. The room was really spacious, we travelled with lots of luggage and there was so much space to store it. We stopped for a night after a late flight, the reception was still open and we were greeted by a friendly man who made the check in process really easy. The property stayed in touch with us and was very quick to respond to messages. The bed was really comfortable, the air con was reliable, overall it was a great stay!
