I cannot begin to descibe how homely and comfortable my stay was at this hotel! As a frequent traveller, I dont think I have seen such friendly staff! Iryna and Souhel have truly outdone themselves when it comes to hospitality! The hotel even gives you portable wifi, which was amazing! The location was great! Everything was mostly accessible by walking! The beach was right around the corner. Amazing! Will definitely visit again!

Exceptional location, walking distance to prom to old town to tram and train. Room was huge and decorated with such a taste. Beautiful atmosphere of old town house renovated and well maintained and very clean. Shared bathroom wasn't an issue (I though it might be ) as it is well maintained and very clean. You can use small kitchen and huge dining room which is advantage. Genevive, the host, is very lovely and helpful person, great contact by whats app . Highly recommended this place definitely come back if nearby again.

After 10 days in this wonderful apartment we would like to emphasize the following:
1. The apartment was perfect for us, located in quiet surroundings so we loved spending our time there.
2. The location was ideal for visiting Nice and surroundings because of its proximity to city center and to public transportation (bus, tram. train).
3. The host couple (Sahn and Morgane) received us with open arms, gave us a thorough introduction, and had provided for wine, coffee and many other necessities in the fridge.
Should we return to Nice some day, we would surely go for the same appartment.
