Location was perfect and quiet. The decor and boutique ambience was so unique and welcoming. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Shower was top notch -hot and big with good pressure. I would def. Return and recommend to everyone.

The appartment is really well equipped, with plenty of cuttlery, pots, plate, cups, and appliances (air conditioning too), and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable. Thierry is most helpful, I just commented on a couple of things and he made them happen without me even really asking. He pays attention to detail, which is rare in this business.

There is so much to like about this elegant apartment. The location is excellent very close to the Alsace and Lorraine tram stop, around the corner from the sea, two excellent bakeries and a wonderful Italian deli. The apartment is very spacious and so well equipped. Beautiful French windows and doors and a lovely terrace complete the picture. The location and beautiful period features make it a must stay in Nice. Finally Tamara was so wonderful to us when we were there and was so patient and kind in helping us with any query.

The apartment has an excellent location, in a friendly neighbourhood, close to the sea, the city centre and the airport as well. It's cosy, well-equipped and clean. Free coffee capsules and tea bags are a particularly attentive touch.

Jean , the host was brilliant , really helpful from start to finish . The accommodation is in a great location, close to the beach , and shops, cafés etc. Also close to the tram station. The accommodation was clean and tidy, reasonably priced , and had everything we needed in it . Nice is a beautiful place , and I would definitely stay at this accommodation again .
