I really recommend this apartment, includes everything you need and the location is perfect. Close to the sea and the tram stooped just outside the building. You have a bakery just outside the door and a grocery store nearby.

The apartment was very clean and spacious it had the most amazing view of Promenade de Anglais being on the 7th floor.. with a large balcony to enjoy the stunning view.. would highly recommend All the facilities you could want .. kitchen , washing machine etc

The apartment is fantastic, modern and classy; typical French style interior. It is very near the beach and Promenade des Angles. From the airport you can take the tramp, which is also going to Port Lympia, what is very convenient. Five steps from the apartment you have very well equipped supermarket. In the apartment there is more than you could expect, including the taps for washing machine. The wifi is very good. Very comfy bed and super quiet air-condition. The contact with the owner perfect. If I will go to Nice again, I will try to stay there again.

I travel a lot, but I’ve never seen an apartment like this. There is so much more than just the essentials. Two umbrellas — one even for the sun! The kitchen has things even my mom doesn’t have in hers ☺️ The owner has taken care of every detail for comfort. He is truly unique — there are very few such wonderful people. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. It’s right by the sea. The beach is ideal. The building has an elevator, and the neighbors are lovely. If I come back to Nice, I will definitely stay here👏🏻

Everything was great! The staff was always helpful, the room was as described. The breakfast was abundant. The location was literally a minute walking from the beach.

I loved the fact that I found my name on the mirror in the bathroom when I entered. I find this a really nice attention. Further I can say that the breakfast was really goog and various. I was after in a high star hotel where the breakfast was far less remarkable.
