First and foremost, Hisham at reception provided exceptional service. He is multi-lingual and was very warm and hospitable. Beyond that the facilities and room were excellent. It was the personalized service and warmth of the staff that made our stay special.

A charming and unique hotel in the center of Paris. The wonderful atmosphere can be felt from the entrance. The hotel staff is great, the breakfasts are very tasty and everywhere is close (a few steps from the Alesia metro station). We got a beautiful hotel room, clean, well soundproofed, with a very comfortable bed. We spent a wonderful weekend there! We warmly recommend it :-) !
