Fantastic and high quality food and fresh pressed fruit juices. Fantastic butter, milch, prosciutto, croissant, fruit salat, superb french 3 type cheeses, jam, tea. Great room with nice bathroom. Very comfortable bed.
Safe area. The hotel is the best value for the price. If I come again to Paris I would stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—perfect for a couple with a baby. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the overall environment was peaceful and cozy.
Franck was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and accommodating from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transport and shops nearby.

Only a few minutes to the Metro, the property is spacious & is well-equipped, and that city view is amazing! Great location for those who love Asian food.
I didn’t mind that there’s no TV or fan… I brought a mini fan to beat the heat but it can be breezy on such a high floor. One of my favourite stays in Paris!

Had everything we needed even little extras for cooking. Complimentary bottle of water, little chocolates & bathroom pack was a very nice thought. Bed was very comfortable as was the lounge for watching TV. Loved how close it was to the Train station (about 100m ) & a nice bread/cake shop 30m away on the corner & a little grocery store that sold a bit of everything including well priced alcohol about 70m from studio. The Host was very prompt with replies & was very helpful with any questions I asked not only about the property but transport & other information concerning Paris itself.
