We had a lovely stay in this apartment near Solidor which has a fantastic view over the bay. Timely and easy instructions for getting the keys. Plenty of free parking available on the street. Several good restaurants to choose from in the neighbourhood. It's a short walk to the intra-muros part of Saint-Malo for a day of sightseeing. I'd book this place again if I'd go back to Saint-Malo.

Alexis is a top class conscientious, friendly, efficient host. The apartment is very clean, well equipped and cosy., Check in was flexible and easy. The location is 2 minutes walk from Solidor bay and the GR34. Plenty of free local parking was available. The accommodation is newly refurbished ,tastefully decorated and with all the necessary furniture and equipment for a great stay. Many thanks Alexis. We hope to return.

Very warm welcoming atmosphere, we felt like home from the very beginning. Okay the room is a little old, but it was super clean the beds are very comfy the view form the balcony is awesome, We loved the breakfast.

I was surprised the flat was so quiet. The vue is, of course, magnificent. Considering the building is so old, the flat is well organised. The deco is unique, full of character, with plenty of unusual details. It works well. It's close to the ferry terminal so you don't need a taxi. Also next to the main shopping street (accessible through an alleyway, don't miss it). Charlotte was lovely, helpful, open and very responsive.

The location was perfect being 5 mins from the harbour, quiet street straight down to the beach. Parking right outside or to the top or bottom of the road. It was easy to find. The bed was very comfortable and was just what we needed after being delayed on our boat.
