There was a problem with the window - draft and with street noise prominent the first night. mentioned in passing to one of the hotel's service engineers. Window fixed while I had breakfast. Breakfast very good with very friendly and helpful staff. Room fitted for guests that are motion impaired.

The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us. The place was spotless and had everything we could need from spare bedding to ample mugs and glasses to Netflix on the tv. The location was ideal keeping us right in the centre of the city.

The place is beautiful and so spacious. The interior design is just awesome. Apartment was clean and well equipped. It is right in the city centre so everything is close by. The inside outlook was very nice - lobby, bar and room. We had very tasty dinner in restaurant of hotel. Very nice experience, would love to come back again. :)

The quality of the breakfast and the bar and grill were excellent. I really enjoyed the room service and the speed knees of delivery. Being located in the mall gave me an endless choice of shopping and dining. The ability to access either the railway station or the bus station without leaving the premises was so convenient, especially in colder wet weather. Staff were always available and ready to fulfill my needs. When I accidentally left my bag with passports etc. they contacted my room and returned my belongings safely to me. I will definitely stay here any time I'm in Aberdeen. Excellent value for money.
