I'd booked 2 nights for a job interview nearby. On arrival was told my room had been upgraded, the room was very nice with all the facilities I needed. As someone who often has difficulty finding hotels with firm pillows was delighted by the selection of pillows in the room. Breakfast was really good, all the staff were lovely! Definitely recommend!

Great staff. Walking distance from train station but have in mind you have to go through the mall to be able to get to the hotel. A bit tricky but will quickly get used to it. It was our first time at this city, not sure we will come back but the hotel chain is amazing and we always have a great experience.

How often could you spend a night in the house from 1368? Room number 7 was amazing experience, you have to walk carefully on your way to bathroom, because floor is slant and tends you close to the window 😁 Very comfortable and clean room, nice staff, great choice of beers downstairs.

Excellent location with lots of choices of restaurants around it.
Warm Welcome at entrance, junior suite was very large, luxury very large bathroom. Amenities in room are more then what you would get in other hotels of the same stars in uk, little things like milk for tea/coffee in mini bar, plus your basic drinks, good quality teas and coffees. The extra of even adding a yoga Matt. These extras make all the difference to comfort when staying. Best hotel in Birmingham
