I truly appreciate the warm and welcoming atmosphere I experience every time I stay here. From the moment I check in until I check out, the outstanding customer service makes all the difference. It’s clear that every staff member genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. I want to give a special shoutout to Maddy and Ashley from the bar and restaurant—they were fantastic! The Chicken Schnitzel and lollipops were absolutely delightful and really enhanced my overall experience. I also found the USB connections at the switched socket outlets to be incredibly convenient. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great apartment in China town everything close by including restaurants, bars, theatre, comedy club, shopping centre, markets etc. Nice little balcony for fresh air. Shampoo/shower gel/conditioner supplied. The apartment was clean and fresh. Tea towel, washing up liquid etc all provided. Great little apartment 😀

Great value for money. The room had all the amenities necessary, and was very clean. The wifi connection was also great. Other facilities were also available such as an ironing room, and luggage storage.
The hotel was located in a centralised area, with easy walking distance to eateries, and bus stops. The hotel was located close to Birmingham Coach stop.
