Comfortable room, lovely bed. The room is very spacious. Tea and coffee making facilities with different types of tea, nice bottle of water and cookies. It's great to have a fridge in the room. The electric blanket on the bed was great, we did Brighton marathon, and it was nice to put our sore legs into a warm bed, helped them to relax a bit. Nice size bathroom Breakfast was really good, really tasty and great quality. Really enjoyed it. Hotel staff is really friendly and nice. Felt very welcome Hotel in a great location, near the town centre and beach. Lots of shops nearby. Will definitely stay here again if in Brighton

The Single Bed Room was really cozy. The bed was super comfortable and the room is well equiped with all the necessary things you need. The breakfast is a nice buffet and you can also order breakfast menus a la card. The Location of the hotel is perfect, directly to the beach and only 10 min walk to the central places. As my stay in Brighton didnt went as expected, due to some illness, the staff at the hotel was really nice and helpful in this situation. Thank you again for you help and understanding! I really appreciated it. I can highly recomend this Hotel!

Michael and Paul are lovely hosts who welcomed us to their home for a few days. This was probably the fastest check-in experience we ever had - didn‘t even get to ring the doorbell ourselves as we were already greeted at the doorstep! The room is down in the basement and has its own entrance, so there is lots of privacy. It has a big window for natural light and is super spacious. We had everything we could wish for during our stay and were sad we had to leave again. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything you could possibly need during your stay. (earplugs, chargers, you name it - they probably have it for you!) The bathroom is separate just up the stairs, so no chance of fogging up your room after a shower. We were lucky with the weather but Michael and Paul provided us with lots of information of things to see and do in Brighton even on a rainy day. They have a lovely dog who unfortunately was very sick during our stay and needed a bit more love and attention. If you have the chance to book this, you should take it! We will be back next time we're in Brighton!

Excellent position - 2 minutes walk to the sea front, but in a quiet street. Exceptional furnishings throughout and very well equipped. Very speedy communication with the friendly host.
