Very cozy, beautifully decorated, clean and located in a great area. Staff members were very polite and helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable. The area is quiet but very central, close to the beach and to the center.

The staff at the front desk is exceptional. They took great care of us. Always concerned about making us feel comfortable. The room is excellent as described. The proximity to the train station is perfect. We had 2 large suitcases and arrived on foot. It is in the center of the city. It's perfect.

It's very easy to walk into town from the cottage, for all the restaurants, cafes and wonderful shopping. The accommodation was clean and quaint and was easy to find on the GPS. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The parking space was a bonus. And we also parked the other car in the cemetry for free. We would stay here again.

It's not just a room but a small apartment with a separate entrance from the garden, its own bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. It gives a lot of privacy, so you can relax perfectly. Very nice and hospitable host, and the apartment itself is very clean and tidy as well as warm and cozy. You would like to stay longer!

It was a lovely stay by Madeline in her little house. Felt more like staying by a good old friend than being just a guest. Breakfast is great, in a few minutes walk you're at the sea and all other sights, like Brighton and Seven Sisters are not far away by bus. Everything is very clean at the house and Madeline gives great tips where to go. Highly recommend!
