There’s nothing to dislike. It’s modern. Convenient. CLEAN. and Friendly. Called a “motel” but really it’s not… it operates like a hotel. You don’t have an elevator but if you need help with luggage- it’s available. And the diner is a plus!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities pleasant. I made a mistake with my booking and stay, but all the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. The Lido is a great place to stay and explore Bristol.

Tracey is an excellent host, welcoming, friendly and willing to offer any help needed for a memorable stay in Bristol. The whole place is spotlessly clean spacious and luminous. Great variety for continental breakfast: different types of yoghourt, bread, cereals, fruits and even milk! Within walking distance to the city centre. She seems to attract similar personalities as guests; in the in the 4 mornings we had breakfast there, we met other travellers with lovely outgoing and respectful character. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was super clean and felt new. It was a 10–15 minute walk from the places we wanted to see. Graham was kind and helpful. The bedroom wasn’t as noisy as mentioned in some comments, but since it’s on a busy road, light sleepers might prefer the other bedroom, which is quiet.
