Staff were fantastic Anna on reception very welcoming and helpful as were all reception staff. Ash and all staff in bar and restaurant were excellent too so helpful and friendly great selection of food for breakfast

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities pleasant. I made a mistake with my booking and stay, but all the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. The Lido is a great place to stay and explore Bristol.
