Parador 44 has excellent staff who are very amiable and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the common area lounge is a really nice place. The coffee machine which is supposed to provide free coffee there did not work half the time that I was there and didn't have any milk available to make mixed drinks for the rest of the time, which was a little inconvenient since there is no coffee in the room itself. The breakfast is light but delicious and you can add a heavier meal for a modest amount. I very much appreciated the staff helping me get a package at the hotel and also assisting with from printing that I needed to get done.

Before arriving, communication with Jay was great and very comprehensive. The apartment itself is well fitted out, with comfy beds, fabulous bathrooms and in a great location with walking access to the International Arena, Millennium Stadium and lots of shops and restaurants/bars very close by. We parked up - in the secure, gated parking - and did not need the car again until we left. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Cardiff.

What an amazing find! We stayed here whilst visiting Cardiff for a rugby game and some shopping. We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay. The apartment is absolutely spotless and the location is perfect. We will be back!
