Cozy place in the best neighbourhood! Very comfortable bed and nicely furnished with all comforts. So many great cafes, restaurants and independent shops a few min walk and a 15min walk into the centre of Edinburgh! Would come back for sure!

From the minute we walked in we were dealt with like family. Met Stefan on arrival and he made me s feel right at home. Our room was amazing and whenever we stay in Edinburgh again we will stay here and in that room. The bar area and eating area were comfortable and clean very chic. Freddy and Kyle made our stay even more perfect. The best two front of house guys I have ever met and we travel a lot over the world . Thanks again

Everything was great. Lovely sized apartment on the ground floor - no stairs to the apartment; the kitchen, 2nd double bedroom and W/C are located in the basement, down a staircase. Refurbished to a high standard with modern kitchen, heating and facilities. The location is superb - Stockbridge is right on your doorstep with great restaurants, shops and bars just 5 mins away. Very comfortable apartment.

The hotel is located in a ship with a varied history - used during wartimes, but also for trade, then for a playboy‘s party life, it had been left unused for many years before the current owners restored it. Hotel rooms are designed as cabins with en-suite bathrooms, breakfast and drinks are served in the upper deck. We loved the design of the rooms and common areas - high quality and nicely classic without any kitsch.
Service was impeccable, and while breakfast was rather simple, the bar served very creative cocktails. Certainly a very unique experience!

Really enjoyed our stay! Room was quirky, clean and very comfortable.
Ate here also and very much enjoyed the food. Staff were super friendly and attentive.
Easy walk to Edinburgh Waverly train station and all of Edinburgh, including the Royal Mile.
