Very kind, we got an early check in which we didn't expect at all, we just wanted to leave our luggage to easily explore the city.
Perfect location, staff was very handy with tour suggestions.

The apartment is so clean and well furnished.
Initially we had some issue with the water heating system, but the team is so prompt to response and quick to help 👍🏼. We totally enjoyed our stay here and in this tranquil neighbourhood, which is just a short walk to the main street of West End with tram line and bus services easily accessible.
