Everything! It just would have been nice to be next door to my friend (and travel buddy) given how far in advance we booked. It would have made it feel less like a hotel booking for us. Still, we loved our rooms and facilities and proximity to everything in the Merchant City.

Very well decorated and furnished, comfortable, some nice touches such as rain gear left out for guests use and milk delivered.
Any issues were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Helpful staff and lovely owners.
I really enjoyed our stay.
