The entire place itself was very comfortable and relaxing. The location is great, the staff i spoke to via messaging was incredibly kind. They made the place look amazing for us when we arrived. From the simplicity of having milk ready for tea, shower gel and shampoo, etc was magic.

There was a very sweet person at the reception, I believe her name was Elida—apologies if I’ve misspelled it. I asked her for a vacuum cleaner to use with a vacuum bag, and I must admit I troubled her quite a bit—my apologies again. She was incredibly helpful, and I sincerely thank her for that.
I’ve been to around 100 cities in 16 countries, and I’d say this is one of the top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location, cleanliness, comfort, modern design, bar, and the staff—all outstanding. I was extremely satisfied. Everything was so thoughtfully arranged. I couldn’t find a single flaw.
