This hotel is part of a first-rate pub with excellent food. It is located within walking distance of Kew Gardens which was our main reason for visiting. Our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. However, the greatest selling point for this hotel is the people. Alicia (sp?) at the front desk is a gem. She's efficient, humorous and always helpful. She made us feel very much at home and was there to help with any questions. We were also very fortunate to have Mandy as a server in the dining room; again, a very present, humorous and helpful lass, The pub also has an excellent pint of bitter.

The Swan Hotel is magnificent. The rooms are cozy, well-decorated, and clean. Every day we had cookies, coffee, pods, and tea. The rooms overlooking the river are wonderful. Great breakfast, both continental and English. We dined at the restaurant and stayed the pub – everything was excellent: the food, the beer, the service and the atmosphere.
