Great location, about 10 minutes from Heathrow Airport. Amenities were excellent, cleanliness was excellent, staff very friendly and welcoming, very accommodating. Got a free welcome drink when I checked I as well. Room was great, spacious enough, clean, comfortable bed, perfect shower pressure. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice for everyone, even gluten free! Also enough time to eat even if you sleep in a bit. Bar is open until late at night and there is also a little shop downstairs. Overall, a fantastic hotel.

We traveled from New Zealand for the Women’s Rugby World Cup.First time in the UK, I wasn’t so sure about sharing a place with other travellers, plus homes are very different than NZ. This is a lovely family home. We stayed for 7 nights, as it is closer to the airport and the Twickenham rugby stadium. The home is located not far from the airport, which is great for short time travellers. It’s tidy, and has everything you need. Loved the bed in the king/ double room, so so comfortable.

It was amazing , it is clean and quiet and really good for the price. The location is good as well there is a lot of supermarkets and small restaurants walking distance and London is about only one hour away using public transportation. On my next trip to London I will stay there for sure

Beatiful room, with complimentary slippers, tea and coffee. It’s in a great location, close to heathrow and the city centre is easy to reach. Beatiful neighbourhood and great restaurants within walking distance. The staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast is to kill for, fancy brunch for great price, we loved it.
