The owners are very nice and very helpful.The room was very clean and was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities , an amazing fan and a hairdryer. The room was a little small but managble. We didn't book in for breakfast, but it smelt amazing. Will definitely be staying again. There are lots of buses on route and plenty of shops in Surbiton, and also near to Kingston. .

The property was beautiful, very clean and well maintained with all modern appliances. The host was kind enough to leave some snacks for us and I am sure if we had made additional requests given our long flight. (Nine hours), they would have obliged. The property was very easy to find and the hosts left clear instructions. The location was perfect, two minute walk to Sainsbury local grocery, close to the pharmacy, pizza shop and restaurant and a mere seven minute walk to the train station making it very easy to commute.

The staff very very helpful, they even carried our bags up the stairs. The owner is a rough diamond who checked in with us on a daily basis to ensure we had ever needed. After a conversation about missing our traditional Sunday roast he arranged one for us and i5 was delicious

I had a great 2 nights at BOSCO - couldn't fault it and the location is spot on, right in the center of Surbiton with the station opposite.

This hotel is part of a first-rate pub with excellent food. It is located within walking distance of Kew Gardens which was our main reason for visiting. Our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. However, the greatest selling point for this hotel is the people. Alicia (sp?) at the front desk is a gem. She's efficient, humorous and always helpful. She made us feel very much at home and was there to help with any questions. We were also very fortunate to have Mandy as a server in the dining room; again, a very present, humorous and helpful lass, The pub also has an excellent pint of bitter.
