The owners are very nice and very helpful.The room was very clean and was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities , an amazing fan and a hairdryer. The room was a little small but managble.
We didn't book in for breakfast, but it smelt amazing.
Will definitely be staying again.
There are lots of buses on route and plenty of shops in Surbiton, and also near to Kingston. .

The staff were incredibly nice. The room was pretty big, exceptionally clean and equipped in everything promised. The breakfast served was also very good, the staff made sure it didn't lack anything and we were fully satisfied. One of the better guesthouses I've visited<3
