Black Lion was perfect for a quick solo travel trip! The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows & warm, clean, white linens. Bathroom was clean and shower was very new and enjoyable! The pub staff was very helpful and friendly with check in and any questions I had. Central location around lots of good restaurants in Surbiton and complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa were a plus! Try Red Rose for Indian, and Megan’s & Surbeanton for breakfast/brunch and lunch!

The serene and warm atmosphere, excellent reception and check-in, exquisite rooms with all the necessary facilities including iron, iron board, blow dryer, work space of you need it. With elevator to the various floors.
The provision of breakfast included in the price was very thoughtful. As well as other services available via phone call. All the necessary information needed to make your stay worthwhile were provided by note cards and handouts.
And on top of that, the location is and security is Hotel Bosco’s greatest advantage. The closeness to the central train station in Surbiton, bus stations just a stone throw away, as well as shops, bars and restaurants is just impressive.

The property was very clean, cosy and brilliant value for money. The room came with a fully stocked mini fridge and basket of goodies all at a very reasonable price, there was even home made shortbread in with the tea and coffee sachets.
The staff were all really lovely and helpful wish I would of stayed longer
