The accomodation has a perfect location very close to centre and by Albert Docks. The bus station is less than 5minutes. The room was very nice and tidy. Bed is very comfortable. I really enjoyed the weekend there.

The staff here were absolutely phenomenal. The best customer service I have received at a hotel in years - literally - and I travel a lot! The rooms were large, clean, and beds comfy. Breakfast is well worth the extra money. Delicious and beautifully presented. Parking was either free outside on the side street or £8/night across the street. Walking distance to Albert Dock and also China Town. I’d stay here again anytime I’m back in Liverpool.

The hotel was in a perfect location , was by the lovely quiet docks but yet just a small walk from the centre. the bed was the most comfiest bed I’ve slept in ever and the room was very bright and spacious. highly recommend
