It had plates, saucepans, baking trays, fridge. There are two bedrooms - one of which the bed easily slept 3 people, there was a single bed in the 2nd room and a pull out sofa in the living room. The flat looked just like the pictures and the host was very nice and solved any issues. The property was booked last minute (3pm) as a previous booking had cancelled and the host ensured I was kept up to date and I was allowed in by 5pm.

Our stay at the Vertus Edit Canary Wharf was absolutely flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just one underground stop away from the O2 arena, making it easy to reach the concert venue while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The rooms are modern, and well-equipped, with every detail thoughtfully considered, we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. And a coffee machine on the second floor added great value to our stay! What really stood out, though, was the amazing staff. The personnel were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their warmth and professionalism made the experience even more special. We absolutely loved our time at Vertus Edit Canary Wharf and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with exceptional service!

The location to the arena, rooms were spacious with stunning views anytime. The staff were super helpful and informative. Great value for money and the later check-out was a bonus!

Just 10 minutes’ walk from the O2 Arena, The Pilot Inn offers beautiful, boutique bedrooms. Full English breakfasts are provided, along with free Wi-Fi access and a traditional pub restaurant.

I don't know where to start. Everything was absolutely great and worth it as the location, the facilities, the decor, the restaurant bar and even better, the staff, made my stay perfect. The building has personality, that's something a 5-star hotel can beat and believe me, I was given the option to go for a 5-star hotel nearby and I do not regret turning it down. I'd rather go to places where I feel like I'm treated like a person and with a genuine smile, rather than welcomed by overworked staff that has to put on the best face as servants. The room was neat and had a Krups coffee machine and a boiler to make tea, all the necessary amenities and a super comfortable bed and pillows (and I need lots of pillows). Please eat at their restaurant, the food was delicious, even the simplest cheeseburger with chips was super tasty and rightly cooked meat. The place is pet-friendly and offers treats for your furry friend. There's also the central park right in front which is great to start your day with a short walk in the case you have business to do at The O2, which is 10 mins away or the London cablecar 15 mins. Every person on the staff was really helpful and were quite warmly welcoming. Offered me solutions to my silly-lost-in-town tourist questions and helped me with my luggage.

Just 1 mile from Chislehurst Railway Station, the Crown Inn has a bar, restaurant and modern en suite rooms. Many rooms have beautiful views of Chislehurst Common.

The boat was great 👍, so quiet, and had comfortable beds. We went to a concert at the 02, the tube (jubilee line) is a 10 min walk and then 1 stop to the 02 so worked out as a perfect little stay. The boat itself was small but comfortable with quirky decoration throughout. I would definitely stay again! Staff very friendly too.

The host was very friendly and flexible in accommodating my team and me. The apartment was very clean and communication was proactive and timely. The apartment was well equipped with anything we could think of. I can strongly recommend this apartment if you need to visit a conference at the ExCeL.
