Our stay at the Vertus Edit Canary Wharf was absolutely flawless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just one underground stop away from the O2 arena, making it easy to reach the concert venue while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The rooms are modern, and well-equipped, with every detail thoughtfully considered, we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. And a coffee machine on the second floor added great value to our stay! What really stood out, though, was the amazing staff. The personnel were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Their warmth and professionalism made the experience even more special. We absolutely loved our time at Vertus Edit Canary Wharf and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with exceptional service!

Super friendly stuff. Breakfast, commodities, location. The nice smell everywhere. Water always available. Beautiful design! Dispute being a very busy and noisy area we were accommodated in a very quiet room.

The staff was great and very friendly. Location was comfortable and not too busy. Rooms are suprb, with thought given to each little detail.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from the O2 Arena, The Pilot Inn offers beautiful, boutique bedrooms. Full English breakfasts are provided, along with free Wi-Fi access and a traditional pub restaurant.

I don't know where to start. Everything was absolutely great and worth it as the location, the facilities, the decor, the restaurant bar and even better, the staff, made my stay perfect. The building has personality, that's something a 5-star hotel can beat and believe me, I was given the option to go for a 5-star hotel nearby and I do not regret turning it down. I'd rather go to places where I feel like I'm treated like a person and with a genuine smile, rather than welcomed by overworked staff that has to put on the best face as servants. The room was neat and had a Krups coffee machine and a boiler to make tea, all the necessary amenities and a super comfortable bed and pillows (and I need lots of pillows). Please eat at their restaurant, the food was delicious, even the simplest cheeseburger with chips was super tasty and rightly cooked meat. The place is pet-friendly and offers treats for your furry friend. There's also the central park right in front which is great to start your day with a short walk in the case you have business to do at The O2, which is 10 mins away or the London cablecar 15 mins. Every person on the staff was really helpful and were quite warmly welcoming. Offered me solutions to my silly-lost-in-town tourist questions and helped me with my luggage.

First of all best service ever!! Really attentive, wonderful staff. And for the price I was surprised in a nice way with how spacious the rooms were and all the amenities. You don’t normally get those in London. Will definitely come back next time.
