The hotel exceeded my expectations. It's close to the subway, extremely central, located in front of the national gallery, close to restaurants and bars and I will certainly stay there every time I go to London. The staff is also excellent. And the room was modern, clean and beautiful.

Everything. First of all, the staff is professional, willing to help and caring. in any time and for any ask - they were always there for us! We started every morning with a delicious breakfast (chosen from menu - which is great) The location is absolutely best, in Convent Garden close to everything - restaurants, shops, central spots and more.
