Their staff are very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Paul who helped me to pick up the grasshopper in my living room at night. Also, I would like to thank Alberto and Daniel for carrying my heavy luggages. A very cosy and convenient place to stay. There are many restaurants nearby as well as M&S Food.

We stayed here with 3 kids and there was ample space. The host set up some of the sofa beds for us last minute. Location is convenient to Earl's Court tube station.

Very nice location 5 min to metro station easy and quiet . Very friendly and pleasant receptionist . Needs a kind of renovation for the money that they charged . The highlight were the staff at the breakfast especially one of the girls , she was amazing , she knows very good her job she was always smiling and making your the morning happier . Very congratulations for her she is a reason to come back.

On checkin the reception team were excellent! There was a lovely lady in particular that went over and beyond for us. We had just got off a 25 hour flight and I was made a coffee while they finished organising our room. We got to check in early which we were so grateful for. The high ceilings and period features were great. The room was just right for our party of 3. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast and the lovely reception area with the Christmas tree!
