We stayed here with 3 kids and there was ample space. The host set up some of the sofa beds for us last minute. Location is convenient to Earl's Court tube station.

We were given a bigger room which we are so thankful for. Location was perfect - few minutes walk from Earls Court Station, and not far from Gloucester Road Station. Lots of shops near the hotel, and lots of places to eat as well. There's a big Sainsbury's nearby which is brilliant for some supermarket shopping or late night shopping on weekdays.

Recent refurbishment, modern hotel design and modern utilities, perfect cleanness (which I really appreciate, thank you for this), always dry and clean towels. Comfortable bed together with the quiet room guaranteed us good sleep. We enjoyed everything, really. Staff kind and professional. Vicinity of the tube station, vibrant neighbourhood, many shops, restaurants and pubs all make it an excellent location for Kensigton- lovers.
P. S. Regarding the room size, we stayed in a Queen type room whose size really fits London room sizes, and that's fine, too.

Location was amazingly and it was easily accessible by public transportation. Room was very big big and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and professional. Special thanks to receptionist who worked 03.10.23 evening and helped us a lot. Food was simple, but tasty. Kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful.
