Very friendly service on arrival and assistance provided getting our bags to the room. The room itself was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Everywhere in London is expensive but compared to other hotels in the area this is good value.

He also provided a QR code for the Tesco Clubcard so we could benefit from discounts, which was a nice bonus. Overall, the unit was clean and well-equipped with good amenities. Located not far by foot from Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus and Elizabeth line this hostel is a great choice to stay for all of those who are coming from Heathrow airport. Very clean and comfortable place with nice hanging area. I would come again definitely.

They gave me a bigger room upon arrival which was beautiful and very comfy. There were all sort of toiletries in the bathroom from hair cap to body moisturiser. There was also coffee, tea, sweetener and other goodies available in the room. Comfy bed. There was an iron and nice hair dryer in the room. Very friendly stuff. Excellent location.
