Everything was as it should be for a quality accommodation. Oak & Poppy was the very first place we have stayed at in over 20 years where they have thought of everything and we could not fault it. Staff very friendly and helpful. It may be a little higher priced than similar properties in the area however it was more than worth it in our opinion.

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Hampstead Heath. It’s a lovely one-bedroom place with a cozy living room and a small kitchen—both offering amazing views. The sofa and armchair were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The bathroom had a fantastic shower, and the bedroom was very comfortable.

Excellent stay, very comfortable and clean. Quiet neighbourhood and very friendly and helpful staff. Price was more than fair. Exceeded our expectations. Kitchen well equipped and it is helpful to have charging cables for everyone to use. Very close to the Underground and grocery shops. Highly reccommend and would stay again 🥰

Can’t express how much I appreciate each and every bit of Pax. So warm, welcoming & inviting its no wonder they’re constantly booked! Settled in the wonderful Belsize Park, you can find affordable breakfasts next to smart cafés & grocery stores. It’s also nice that they are part of a charity so it’s good to know funds are being used for a great purpose!
