All staff are very helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast was excellent and had many selections. Our room was clearnly vacuumed and all linens were changed every day.

Amazing location so close to all the museums.
Staff were absolutely exceptional, they were all so friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday trip away special.
Afternoon tea was great, highly recommended booking in.

Beautifully proportioned property with cosy salons for relaxing and a charming breakfast room. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed and with all the latest technology but also old world details. We had to book at very short notice as original booking in another property was cancelled at late notice. We were able to check in early and the apartment was in excellent condition. It was in a great location and fitted out to a very high standard. Larger than most London apartments I’ve stayed in previously. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
