The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfy and breakfast delicious! The hotel's location, in Notting hill and 1 min away from an underground station, is also great. After checking out I was able to leave my suitcase at the hotel for the day, free of charge, as I caught up on some sightseeing. All in all, great stay!

Beautiful rooms and elegant hotel with a modern spin. Friendly and professional staff. Great location, but well designed so you don't realise you are in the center of London until you walk out of the hotel door. My 4th stay at the Londoner and it has become a firm favourite and a special treat when I am in London.

The locations of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance from Voauxhall tube station and close to London tourists places. I stayed in a studio flat that is very clean, branded new, very comfy and cozy. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was included and it was very nice.

The location is excellent for Central London. The staff were the stars - literally nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were always checking that all was exactly as we wanted it. The rooms were lovely, and the beds sooo comfortable.
Christmas lunch was understandably expensive, being 7 courses in a top restaurant, but for the most part was really lovely,
A booking at the American Bar for Christmas Eve with a group of family and friends was an outstanding addition to the stay.

The property is at a great location, Shoreditch is a very hip place and it’s just in 5 min walking distance from two tube stations.
There are many bars ,pubs and restaurants in the area.
The rooms were clean,comfortable and fitted with all the necessities. Though a bit small the quality of materials was good and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel also has a bar at the lobby and has a great vibe all together.

The location in the city is perfect for both business and leisure (it's near the beautiful Leadenhall Market). There's a tube station right across the street. The gym is well-equipped and offers a very nice view. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay, including accommodating early check-in and late check-out requests. I will definitely stay there again.
