10 minutes from Victoria Station. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean Perfect housekeeping. Good soundproofing. Quality coffee (capsule) and tea in the room. Full sized toiletries ( natural, vegan, cruelty free). Big, fluffy towels and bathrobes (and bathmats that are *actual* bathmats and not only a slightly coarser hand towel). Nice rainfall shower.

Great house, very close to Victoria station. Had everything we needed for a night stay for a business trip to London. Close to parking and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Location was great, with the close proximity to Victoria station. Walking distance to Victoria Palace Theatre if you are there to watch Hamilton, which was what we did.

The Windermere Hotel is in a quiet area of London but within walking distance to most attractions, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace,the aLondon Eye and more. The Windermere is extremely clean and the staff very helpful and always appear happy. The owner and his wife are a lovely couple who go out of their way to meet your needs during your stay with them. I was taken aback by the complimentary breakfast. You had choices that would please all travellers, and the amount of food you received was more than expected. Whilst the hotel does not offer lunch or Dinner, there are a number of places close by to get a great meal to end off your day. The rooms are quiet and air conditioned which I was thankful for as during my stay the temps soared to 31 so coming back and having aircon was a welcome relief. This Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would certainly recommend the Windermere for anyone looking for a smaller hotel with an elevator that offers excellent service. I will certainly be back.

This is my second time in this hotel and I will always stay here for a trip to London again. It’s a 10 minute walk from Victoria Station, in an extremely quiet and safe neighbourhood, with some lovely local restaurants and bars around. The hotel is small and cosy, no fancy facilities, but has everything required. It is spotlessly clean, the rooms are small, but warm and comfortable. A lovely cooked breakfast is included. On top of that, what makes this hotel stand out are the family that run it. The level of customer service, friendliness and professionalism is exceptional and makes it a pleasure to stay here.
