Very good localization, apartment well prepared, very clean and I can definitely say that the host is very friendly. Reached out to me on Whatsapp and I could contact him at any time. This is especially useful when travelling to London for the first time/alone or at late time.

Very spacious appartment for 3 persons. Double bed very comfortable. Area was very quiet at night. Really close to Shepards Bush Market tube stop and a number of bus stops. Lots of shops and restaurants available at 200m only from the appartment. Accomadation is freshly and prettily decorated with all mod cons. Outdoor patio area was lovely for sitting out and so quiet. Access instructions were clear and easy to follow.

It was one of my favourite hotels on my holiday. The beds and pillows were perfect. The rooms were ready at check-in. Helpful staff. Loved the interior design. Easy transport links.

The amazing staff, from management to the cleaning staff. We had to extend our stay by a week due to my mother having to be admitted to the hospital. Razvan and Eloise were so accommodating even when we couldn't provide advanced notice that we needed to stay extra. Every day, things were up in the air. Diana, from the cleaning staff, was so thorough in her work, polite, and empathetic to our situation. She always asked after my mother. Much appreciated. I would definitely recommend.

W12 Rooms is situated next to Shepherd’s Bush underground station and Westfield Shopping Centre, which features a wide variety of designer shops, restaurants and cafés.

The studio was small but cozy, looked exactly like on the pictures, everything was new and clean. There was coffee machine with coffee and even tea was provided. You could find there also toaster and hair dryer, even iron for use. It was really close to bus stops, and Circle line stops and 10 mins walks to Central line. The street was nice and quiet.
