Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly received, and were promptly offered a welcome drink. The staff provided a detailed introduction to all the hotel facilities and services (not in a perfunctory manner). The room was exquisite and comfortable, clean and tidy. What was most impressive was that all the staff were highly professional and the service was perfect. I especially want to commend the delicious breakfast and the service.
In fact, on the third day, we changed to Rosewood London. It is well-known but has poor service and the room is ordinary. The whole family (including children）regretted that we should have stayed at The Adria instead.
However, there are always regrets in travel. Next time when we visit London, we will definitely book this hotel again!

The apartment was very nice, comfortable and well maintained. The location is good for everything you would want to do, with a large Sainsbury's a few minutes away and some very nice restaurants around. The staff at reception are excellent, especially Rupanjali.
