The staff is very friendly and the owner is the nicest person I have ever met, he was super attentive to us, he even worried about our flight because it had been cancelled before and he wanted to make sure that this time everything was in order and that we had a good stay and trip, he even stayed with us at night waiting for a taxi to come and pick us up, great guy. The hotel is very new, the rooms are quite big and cozy, and it’s easily connected to everything u need to see in London. Overall a perfect stay.

The accommodation was clean and had all the amenities, including very good wifi. The apartment had clean bed linen and towels. There were also basic toiletries, a hairdryer, ironing board, iron, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the apartment was very good - right outside the door, there was a bus stop (direct bus connection to Victoria Station) and a metro station about 500 meters away. The grocery store was next door. The fantastic Hyde Park was about 1 km away. The host was very pleasant and gave clear instructions on how to get to the accommodation and how to check-in and check-out. Thank you very much for your hospitality! :)
