This was an exceptional property which had a country calm feel even though it was a short walk from Tooting Broadway Station. The host was amazing and thought of every detail to ensure the guest had a memorable comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and hopefully will return.

Great location and very cheap. Was just a few yards from Tooting Market with a great selection of street food and a bit of a buzz. Some noise from a mobile food stall on the road outside but they stopped when the market closed and the room was comfy and quiet. Close to the tube, and cheap for a one night stop over in London. Shared facilities (main lounge and kitchen) were good and other guests friendly. Manager on site was helpful. All good at the price

Property was very clean well equipped and we had a comfortable stay. Location is excellent with access to restaurants and variety shops. Tube station was 10 minutes walk which is very convenient.

The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable! We had everything we needed — there was a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle, which was very useful. The shared kitchen was also clean and had designated spaces for some room. Very nice place to stay — totally recommended!
