Ali was amazing from start to finish. We arrived an hour early & he was so kind to switch things around to give us an apartment which was available. We loved the stay here,it was kids friendly, with kitchen & sofa bed. It was about 10 mins walk away from the train station & also local shops/grocerry. We enjoyed our stay with Camden Prime hotel. Thanks for an amazing service.

Great hotel, staff is super helpful and tries to assist with all requests in a very efficient way. Rooms are modern and comfy. Breakfast is good though selection is limited.

The staff was super helpful at check-in and throughout the stay. Nice rooms with a stunning view over London. The lobby and lounge offered plenty of space for coffee and work.
